Report Verification (HKD Online Report Verification)
Reports issued after August 30, 2007 can be verified through our Online Report Verification process. Each HKD Report will come with a unique report number. Go to the HKD Online Verification link provided. Enter the Report and the "Captcha" verification code(s) as displayed and press VERIFY. Once verified you will be provided a pdf of the report which you can download. To insure your personal privacy, the names of the clients and any appraised values will not appear on the online pdf.
Any report can be confirmed as authentic by email by report number. Just email us at contactus@hkdlab.ca with the HKD Report number and we can confirm the report's authenticity by email. Please type in the HKD Report number located on the top right or left hand corner of the report along with the "Captcha" code and click VERIFY. If you cannot authenticate your report online, please email HKD and request an manual authentication search. |
