Report Verification (HKD Online Report Verification)

Reports issued after August 30, 2007 can be verified through our Online Report Verification process. Each HKD Report will come with a unique report number and a unique online verification number. Go to the HKD Online Verification link provided. Enter the Report and Online Verification numbers and press VERIFY. Once verified you will be provided a pdf. of the report which you can download. To insure your personal privacy, the names of the clients and any appraised values will not appear on the online pdf.

Any report can be confirmed as authentic by email if only a report number is available. Just email us at contactus@hkdlab.ca with the HKD Report number and we can confirm the report's authenticity by email.

Please type in the HKD Report number and the online Verification number located on the top right hand corner of the report and click VERIFY. If you cannot authenticate your report online, please email HKD and request an manual authentication search.
